Thoughts On The News.
My main reads in the morning are the WSJ Opinion Page and the NY Times, both of which I receive via email. My most used online news site is MSNBC.COM because I find it reasonably complete and easiest to read and navigate.

Ahhh. The plot thickens. My first thought since the incident occurred has been why would you go hiking ANYWHERE in Iraq, let alone within some close proximity of the Iranian border. A quick Google of Shane Bauer comes up with http://shanebauer.net/ . He appears to be a political activist with a degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, not that there’s anything wrong with that. No doubt he will make a lifetime and lucrative career from his capture, not that there’s anything wrong with that either, as long as he pays his ‘fair share’ according to the Buffet Rule.
