M’lady and I spent a long weekend in western Colorado and the town of Paonia for the North Fork Uncorked winefest.
The Wineries continued:
ALFRED EAMES CELLARS
The cellars were closed but a tasting was setup in the warehouse.

The Pinot Noir was superb, one of our top 2 favorites for the weekend.
MESA WINDS FARM & WINERY
MW had a superb local-grown lunch on Sunday. See pix here.
LEROUX CREEK VINEYARDS
Vineyard dogs. I have my priorities.
West of Hotchkiss and the West Elks.
Chambourcin. Medium nose, medum-full taste, nice finish.
A nice desert wine.
