The Lens-Artists Challenge is hosted this week by Patti. Says she: “…we’re taking a fresh look at ordinary, everyday objects–things that you see and use in your daily life.”
I don’t think I can come up with the esoterics/exoterics which Patti may imply, but I’ve decided on:
Photo Ode to a Patio Table:
Whilst looking for an ordinary object, such as a table, I found I have many of our patio table that weathered well sixteen years at our previous home.
To spare you a tedious scroll, I ask you to click here to a gallery of pictures.
Kudos to the tireless leaders of the weekly Lens-Artists challenge.
I see you and I took similar approaches John. Still life photography is definitely NOT in my personal bag of tricks 😀

That’s a well used patio table, John. Nice view, nice food, even snow. Well done.

That looks like an absolutely delightful place to while away may an hour, John. We could use that on our patio in Arizona.

Thank you Teresa. It was a nice place, but too big for us as we grow older.

I love this view of this familiar and well-worn table through the seasons, John. Great idea.

Many memories made at the patio table. I still remember ours being loaded on the Salvation Army truck – a donation – no room at the condo we were moving to.
