Lens-Artists Challenge #132 – Striped & Checked – Part Two

[Categories: Photography, Photography 101 Forever]

Per A-C: “We find Striped and Checked everywhere around us, but maybe this is so common a pattern that we don’t notice it if we don’t go looking for it?”

CHECKS, with a few stripes. Nothing says checks and stripes like modern architecture. Lines, lines, lines.

Finally, and there is always a finally in life, I’ve succumbed to an old COVID addiction. I’d say it’s CHECKERED!

Athabasca Falls Canyon. 500 pieces in 13″ x 19″. There ‘oughta be a law about minimum sizes. It was hard.

‘Dance like no one is watching!’

Stay safe, be well, be kind to one another.

HAVE A GREAT 2021.

  1. Great examples John.
Your photos make me more determined to see Chicago. But when I checked recently, the City Council is requiring visitors from 45 of the 50 states quarantine when they come to town, not how I want to spend my visit.

  2. Love it, John! You certainly have checked out Chicago… And only America and Dubai are that excelling in high rise buildings. Of course I must love your COVID puzzle – clever checks! I made so many myself too. In fact I have framed two of them…never to forget 2020. Keep dancing!

HA HA … you and my hubby have the same thoughts about jig-jaw puzzles. He just completed a 450 one for our grandson for christmas. Nice selections of photographs, John. Be Safe … 😷 🙏🏻 😊
