Lens-Artists Challenge #153 – It’s a wonderful world

[Categories: Photography, Photography 101 Forever]

Per AMY

‘This week, our photo challenge is “It’s a wonderful world”. Louis Armstrong ‘s What A Wonderful World came to my mind’:

“I see trees of green
Red roses too
I see them bloom
For me and you…”

“I see skies of blue
And clouds of white
The bright blessed day
The dark sacred night…”

“The colors of the rainbow
So pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces
Of people going by
I see friends shaking hands
Saying, “How do you do?”
They’re really saying
“I love you””

End of class, Yoga in the Park

“Yes, I think to myself
What a wonderful world”

Thank you Amy, and Louis.

Stay safe, be well, be kind to one another.

  1. I like your choices to connect with the song – and the last two photos had those “layers” that kept me looking – the clouds were felt with the scale of the small trees layer and the yellow flowers with the yoga folks was nicely divided by that black bridge.

  2. Beautiful shots. I love the Spanish moss on the trees, and the way they arch over the walkway. in your class in the park shot, I thought it was interesting to see all the flowers in the foreground.
