(AMY leads.)
E.L.T. that makes you smile, that is.
I am OTR (On The Road) this coming week.
“I’m late!
I’m late!
For a very important date!
No time to say “Hello”, goodbye!
I’m late!
I’m late! I’m late! I’m late!”
— lyrics, The White Rabbit, Alice in Wonderland, Disney film.
Rather than my usual, meticulous crafting of a Lens-Artists post, I will submit something recent and close at hand and beg your forgiveness.
The following gave me pause for a WRY smile this morning:
Fortunately, the new, seasonal, patio plants were moved inside before the dump:
Loving, as I do, water reflections, I want to share with you this one taken while hiking last week:
Can you detect an anomaly with this photo?
Have a great week.
Stay well, stay safe, be weird and wonderful. Let Every Little Thing make you smile.
Wow, you can take photos while standing on your head?! Impressive. 😉

Thank you for find time to post while you are late, John. Glad you saved your beautiful plants. The reflection image is very cool, clever! 🙂 🙂
I heard about the snow in Boulder from a friend of mine, what a surprise!

Seeing your snow, I better not complain here in Spokane, where we have not had Spring yet.
Your images are beautiful.

I wondered why your reflections in the last image were more in focus than the non-reflective part. So you just turned the image around. Clever! All your images were great!

Kept looking at it and thinking this looks upside down! I’m so totally dyslexic that impression happens to me a lot!!!

I will admit it, I didn’t see it was upside down until others commented on it. Very clever John! My brother lives in Evergreen and told me they were expecting 20 inches after it had been high 80s the day before. Mother Nature must be very confused!! Loved your choices.

I saw the subtle reflection, too, John! But oh my goodness, that snow! We have the same cold weather, but no snow! Your coleus faired better than ours last week when our temps dipped below 30 overnight. I knew it would be cold but thought this potted plant next to the house under the gazebo would be OK. Sadly I picked off the frozen leaves the next morning but happily found new growth. We had just bought 4 potted plants and I had to bring every one of them into my shed for 5 nights in a row…every little thing, right? Have a great week!
