Ah hah! I had no idea what to write for ‘over the hill’ – you have inspired me with your great shots of the downhill run. For some reason I’ve always wanted to paint the unnaturally bright yellow warning signs up against the muted colours of the land. The yellow truck is a nice touch.

Arizona? Looks like the hill on northbound I-17…of course, the desert looks the same in a lot of places!

Love your last words, John. Stay upright also. š That’s quite the stark landscape you are travelling through in Arizona. A lot of archeological history there.

It’s through Utah, which I think is one of the great repositories of dinosaur bones, somewhere out there.
