Woof! Woof! BARK is one of my favorite textures. Aged, wrinkled, not unlike my own.

š¤šš¤·āāļø (I watched Semi-Tough the other day. Excellent parody. Love the ‘pelfing’ too, as I did 2 Rolfing sessions (Ida Rolf) but couldn’t take the pain anymore. Movie was a bit slow and dated, but interesting watching those folks perform 44 years ago.)

Great textures, John š I really like the last where you can see the newer smooth bark under the peeling older bark š

So we can turn wrinkles into textures! It sounds better anyway. Nice bark images.

I will probably do the same thing.

Fascinating textures John. It would be nice if our skin would just peel off like this, revealing brand new skin below…..

Just like that maple tree youāve shared, I found in Portugal that the cork tree works the same way, making it possible to harvest the bark every few years! But I guess you already knew that š.

I love bark textures, the Paperbark is fascinating as are Eucalyptus trees as they shed their skins revealing smoothness beneath. The smoothness of a Prunus serrula and the roughness of an Oak. So many wonderful trees. Thanks for joining me John.

What is the free gallery/mosiac photo method I think you mentioned sometime this year? I’ve lost the reference. Apologies if it wasn’t you that told me.

If it was me I was probably talking about Modula. Most of my galleries are built with that. I have the Pro version for more options, but the basic free one is pretty good.

I’ll prolly stay with Cloudup, a WP/Automattic subsidiary. Cumbersome but works.
