Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #115 – Inspiration

The Lens-Artists Challenge is hosted this week by Tina. What a well-thought, well-written, well-photo’d post she has assembled this week. Says she:

“No doubt I had something specific in mind when I originally chose this week’s Inspiration theme. I found myself struggling however when it came time to create my post. It occurred to me finally that it was because there are so many things that truly inspire me.”

I think mountains MOST inspire me, but my very first thought was of some photos I’ve taken of the American flag (with mountains, of course). This led me to other flag pictures I’ve included.

Caveats and disclaimers abound. I’m not a super-patriot, not a T*r*mp*r (no way Jose), or even a ‘red-neck, white socks, Blue Ribbon beer’ kind of guy. Just an average Joe (or John), like most of us I suspect. Enjoy the photos. 🙂 🙂 Be inspirational.

  1. John, I love your take … and that you’re proud to be an American, that is the way it should be. Truly beautiful images … with the autumn colours that frames the in the snowy mountain. If there is any comfort in it … I’m not a big fan of Mr President either. Nothing wrong in being the average Joe – there is more of us than of the others.
