The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (a book)

Are you not exactly salivating, ravenous, and craving a meandering murder mystery with graphic sexual overtones such as Dragon Tattoo? For something COMPLETELY different perhaps you’d like the subject book, by Mary Ann Shaffer and Anne Barrows.

This is one of the most enjoyable and entertaining books I’ve read in some time. It’s fiction, set in England and Guernsey Isle just after World War II. Despite the English theme it is written in American English. The format is very clever, IMO. The book is not too long, not too short, but just right.

I found THIS one GRIPPING! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Didn’t I tell you enough about it? Ooooh, I don’t want to spoil the fun!
